Terms of Use
Effective date: November 6, 2026
By using CurbCue, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use the app.
Who runs CurbCue
CurbCue is an independent guide run by COG Software Solutions. No town and no Department of Public Works runs or endorses it. The six towns named in the app are covered because their schedules are public.
The town's official schedule wins
When CurbCue and your town's official schedule differ, follow your town's official schedule. The app links to the official page for each town that has one.
Schedules are provided as is
CurbCue provides schedules as is. Pickup dates can change after the app is built, and the app gets new dates only when you install a new version. The Schedule tab shows a "Schedules through" date. After that date, update the app. We do not warrant that any date, holiday shift or sorting rule is right or current. Check with your town when it matters, for example before you buy a bin or schedule an appliance pickup.
Limited liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, COG Software Solutions is not liable for any loss or cost that comes from using CurbCue or relying on a date it shows, including a missed pickup, a fine or a late fee from a town. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Free to use
CurbCue is free. It has no purchases, ads or tips.
Reporting a wrong date
Open "Send Feedback" in the app, or email info@cogsoftwaresolutions.com with your town, your Collection Zone and the date that looks wrong. We read each report and fix the schedule in a later version.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what the app keeps. In short, your household stays on your phone.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The effective date at the top shows when the current version began.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of New Jersey.
