CurbCue shows garbage and recycling days for Hackensack, Lodi, Maywood, Paramus, Rochelle Park and Saddle Brook, New Jersey. COG Software Solutions publishes it. It is an independent guide, and your town's official schedule wins if the two differ.
Report a wrong date
Open the contact area in the app and tap Send Feedback. Your email app opens with the app version, your town and your Collection Zone already filled in. Add the date that looks wrong and press send.
You can also email info@cogsoftwaresolutions.com. Include your town, your Collection Zone and the date.
The app never puts your street address or ZIP in the message.
Turn on reminders in your phone's Settings
If you saved a reminder time but your phone isn't showing reminders, notifications are off for CurbCue. Turn them on, come back to the app and tap Check Again.
- iPhone: open Settings, tap Notifications, tap CurbCue, then turn on Allow Notifications.
- Android: open Settings, tap Apps, tap CurbCue, tap Notifications, then turn on All CurbCue notifications.
Your phone's wording varies a little by maker. The steps name screens that every phone has.
"Schedules through" has passed
The app carries its schedule inside it. The Schedule tab shows a "Schedules through" date. When that date has passed, install the newest version of CurbCue from your app store. The new version brings the next dates.
